Noël Taxin, MS., was born and grew up back East, moved to Utah as she was given a scholarship to the University of Utah where she received both BS and MS degrees. She is the Division Director for Family Health within the Department of Health and Human Services. She has thirty years of experience in the treatment of infants, adolescents, and adults in agency, hospital, residential settings, investigations, regulation of licensed professions, and CSHCN Program expansion and services. She has experience in program development, management, and evaluation; staff recruiting and training; quality assurance, state and federal regulation compliance; community resource development and relations; budgetary forecasting and implementation; case management; and investigations of licensing violations. She serves on many Boards which she values in that many knowledgeable and experienced individuals come together and commit themselves to support individuals with overall health, wellbeing and special healthcare needs.
