Dr. Goldsmith has lectured widely along the Wasatch Front and participated with many organizations to develop strategies for providing a variety of services to young children and their families. He has published several articles on the application of attachment theory to clinical practice and a book titled, Attachment Theory in Clinical work with Children: Bridging the Gap between Research and Practice. Dr. Goldsmith holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Utah in the departments of Educational Psychology, Psychology, and Psychiatry.

Claire Anderson, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Anderson started volunteering at The Children's Center at the age of 14, and after graduating high school, began working at The Children's Center as a therapeutic preschool specialist. Dr. Andersen completed medical school through the University of Utah. For her general psychiatry residency, Claire attended the University of Washington in Seattle, where she completed research on different therapeutic preschools operating in the United States. Dr. Andersen completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at UC San Diego, with unique experiences working with families using the evidence-based Incredible Years parenting curriculum, and organizing a treatment group for 5-6 year olds with behavior problems.
