Imagine a child who gets so angry, other children are afraid to play with him.

Many children respond to their hurt and trauma through aggressive and destructive behaviors that leave them, and those around them, feeling vulnerable and unsafe.  The Children’s Center helps children learn how to deal with their anger and respond appropriately to difficult situations.

Your gift of safety ensures that children will always have a safe environment to turn to that will allow them to develop skills they need to live their lives within the safe boundaries they’ve learned to develop.

Imagine a child who has already suffered the pain of being physically and sexually abused, and is only three years old.

Our counselors and treatment programs help children deal with the trauma in their lives and learn how to the find peace and comfort they deserve.

Imagine parents who anticipate a long, frustrating day filled with despair, because they know they’ll face one frightening battle after another.

Children who suffer with emotional problems can be difficult and their behavior impacts the entire family.  Everyone in the home is affected and often negatively impacted.
